Are your items second-hand?

Yes. All WeeWear items are second-hand or preloved unless otherwise stated. Each piece is carefully inspected before being listed.

What condition are the clothes in?

We select items that are in great wearable condition. As with all second-hand clothing, some items may show minor signs of wear. Any noticeable wear, marks, or imperfections are clearly noted in the item description and photographed where possible.
EUC - Excellent (hardly any wear)
VGUC - Very Good (very minor wear)
GUC - Good (small hole or stain)

Do you wash the clothing before selling?

Yes. All items are washed before being listed, unless stated otherwise, so they arrive ready to wear.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if an item is significantly not as described.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or minor wear consistent with second-hand clothing.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue before the item is sent back.

How do I know what size to choose?

Sizing can vary between brands. We recommend checking the brand tag and reading the product description carefully. Where helpful, we include additional sizing notes to assist you.

Are all items one of a kind?

Yes. Most items are one-off pieces. Once an item is sold, it will not be restocked, unless thrifted again. 

Do you ship across New Zealand?

Yes, we ship throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs and timeframes are shown at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within a 1-3  business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been sent.
